Terms of use
Effective 12 September 2026. OnesShop (ones.shop) is operated by Ones Tech Limited, Hong Kong.
By using this site you agree to these terms. They are short because the site does one thing: it helps you pick a product and sends you somewhere to buy it. If you do not agree with them, the remedy is simply not to use the site.
What this site is
OnesShop publishes product facts, comparisons and recommendations. It is not a store. When you follow a buy link you leave this site and buy from that merchant, under its own terms: its price, its delivery, its returns and refund policy, its support. Any contract you enter is between you and the merchant, and we are not a party to it. We choose which merchants to link to, but we do not control what they publish, sell or do with your data. Where a merchant's policy on refunds or cancellation matters to a decision, we quote it with its source, but the merchant's current page is the one that binds.
How we are paid
Some links on this site may pay us a commission when you buy. The note beside each buy button says whether that link does, and how we are paid explains what commission does and does not influence. A commission does not change the price you pay.
Cashback is a share of the commission a merchant actually pays us for a purchase you made through a link that quoted it, at the share shown when you clicked. It is paid after the merchant confirms the commission and we receive it. If a merchant later reverses a commission we have already paid you for, we may deduct that amount from cashback you have not yet withdrawn. Payouts follow the minimum, method, fee, frequency and regions we announce on your cashback page.
Accuracy, and what we do not promise
Every specification we state as fact carries the source we read it from and the date we read it. Prices, plans, features and policies change, sometimes daily, and a fact we read on one day can be out of date the next. Before you buy, check the merchant's own page — that is what our buy links take you to, and that is the page that governs. Where the site says "unknown", it means we could not source the value, and nothing more.
We do not test products ourselves, and nothing here claims that we have. Our recommendations are our editorial opinion, formed from the stated facts and the use you tell us about. They are not professional advice of any kind — not security, legal, financial, tax or business advice — and a decision that depends on such advice should be made with someone qualified to give it.
Using the site
The site is for personal use and for reading. You may link to any page. You may not
send automated traffic through buy links, collect the site's content at volume,
interfere with the site's operation or attempt to access parts of it that are not
public. Our robots.txt says which paths crawlers may not use; a crawler
that ignores it is in breach of these terms.
Content and trademarks
The text, layout and drawings on this site are ours. Product names, brand names and logos belong to their owners; using them here to identify a product does not mean the owner endorses this site or that we are connected to it. A fact about a product is a fact, and we make no claim over it.
No warranty
The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any fact on it is complete or current.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of the site or from any purchase you make through it, and our total liability for anything arising from the site is capped at one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits, and where that is so they apply only as far as the law permits.
Changes
When these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after that date is acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute goes to the courts of Hong Kong. Before it does, write to us; most disagreements are a misunderstanding and can be settled by a reply. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
