These terms cover every purchase on OnesShop (ones.shop), sold by Ones Tech Limited, Hong Kong.

What we sell

Prepaid travel eSIMs: mobile data plans you install on your phone from a QR code. There is no SIM card and nothing is shipped.

Price

Prices are in US dollars. Checkout shows the full total before you pay.

Delivery

After payment, Stripe's checkout brings you back to your install page, which shows your eSIM's QR code once it is ready, normally within a minute. Keep its link: it is your record of the purchase. If we cannot deliver the eSIM, we refund the order.

Your plan

A plan's data, days and activation policy are as shown on its page when you buy it.

Refunds

We refund only an eSIM that has not been installed. Write to [email protected] with the address of your install page.

Your device

Checking that your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked is your responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
